中文摘要 | 本篇旨在描述一位因熱茶燙傷9%的學齡期兒童,護理期間為2007年10月19日至11月5日,運用Gordon十一項健康功能型態做為評估架構,經由觀察、傾聽、會談、溝通與音樂療法等技巧收集資料,歸納分析出有:疼痛、焦慮、身體心像紊亂等健康問題。在護理過程中,筆者運用疼痛控制技巧,教導轉移注意力(如聽音樂),提供燙傷知識的正確認知,主動關懷,陪伴、傾聽、同理、等護理措施介入後,患童會用聽音樂的方法來轉移注意力,使情緒有適當宣洩,並面對開刀所帶來的壓力及情緒反應,能接受燙傷所帶來的外觀改變,進而能維持健康生活型態之目的。 |
英文摘要 | This article describes a female child who was a victim of a scald caused by hot tea and received nursing care from Oct. 19th to Nov. 5th, 2007. Using Gordon's eleven health functions were used as a structure and data was collected by observation, listening, communication and music therapy. We concluded that the patient's problems fell into four major items: headaches, anxiety, physical distortions and mental distortions. During the nursing process, the author uses techniques that involved pain control, music therapy, education of patient by providing correct knowledge of burns caused by scalding, concern with the patient's situation, companionship, listening and empathy. These helped to shift and reduce her emotional stress with respect to future operations and possible changes to her appearance. In addition, these also helped to keep her to live a healthy life style. |
