中文摘要 | 本研究從2007年3月至2008年5月利用雌庫圖擬鯉卵母細胞的表層囊泡(cortical alveoli)、卵黃生成(vitellogenesis)及成熟來探討性腺的變化。研究期間並無發現樣本魚的卵巢及魚體有異常或病理變化情形。本研究的目的乃確認性腺發育趨勢的周年規律、時間及產卵期的頻率和持續時間,並監測生殖指數(GSI)的變化。GSI的變化可以是與卵巢的組織學特徵和雌性庫圖擬鯉的卵母細胞及卵巢的發育階段有關連性。雌魚的性腺樣本乃按月取樣並經伊紅、蘇木精染色後置於光學顯微鏡下觀察。卵母細胞發育的不同階段(核仁的變化,卵母細胞直徑及卵黃泡、卵黃顆粒油滴的形成)在研究期間進行了調查量測。本研究顯示雌性GSI值在三月開始增加然後於四月達到最高值(29.47±4.2)然後在五月初急劇下降。根據這些結果,庫圖擬鯉的卵巢發育策略是同步發育型的,產卵每年一次於二月至四月。 |
英文摘要 | The changes occurring in the gonad were studied during cortical alveoli, vitellogenesis and oocyte maturation in of female Kutum, (Rutilus frisii kutum) during March 2007 to May 2008. No abnormalities or pathological changes in the ovarian or body of the investigated fish were detected. The aims of this study were to confirm annual rhythm of gonad development trend, the timing, frequency and duration of spawning period, monitor changes in the gonado-somatic index (GSI). GSI can be relate with the histological characteristics of the ovaries and describe the stages of Kutum oocyte and ovarian development. Gonadal samples were taken monthly from the females stained with H and E stain and studied by light microscope. Different stages of oocyte development (nucleus changes, oocyte diameter and forming of yolk vesicle, yolk granules and lipid droplets) were surveyed during study. This study showed that gonadosomatic index (GSI) began to increase in March and reached the highest value (29.47±4.2) in April and then decreased sharply in early May. According to these results, ovarian development strategy in the Rutilus frisii kutum is synchronous and Spawning occurred once a year during February to April. |
