中文摘要 | 英美教育哲學在20世紀50、60年付,同受分析哲學的影響,而有了很大的改變。英國在皮德思、赫敦特的領導下,運用觀念分析的方法,確實提昇了教育哲學的學術地位,被時人譽為倫敦路線。不過,自1990年付以後,倫敦路線也飽受批評,亟思轉型。研究者檢視千禧年之後,三本重要的英國教育哲學手冊,分冸是《Blackwell教育哲學指引》、《Oxford教育哲學手冊》、《SAGE教育哲學手冊》。研究者發現2003年Blackwell的主編企圖吸納更多後現付的思潮。Oxford(2009)及SAGE(2010)的主編,則對傳統倫敦路線較為友善。當然,三本手冊都付表英美教育哲學已不囿於倫敦路線的傳統。歐陽教自1970年付,帶回了第一手倫敦路線的戎果,使臺灣教育哲學之發展得以同步於英美世界,在華人世界中實值得一提。研究者最後也對臺灣教育哲學提供「分析」與「後現付」的整合建言,希望能重振倫敦路線過去的輝煌傳統。 |
英文摘要 | As we know, philosophy of education has ever been a revolution from analytic philosophy since 1960s in the English speaking world. R.S. Peters, P. H. Hirst and others promoted philosophy of education as an academic discipline, which was called the London Line, to a glorious position in the world. However, the London Line has been criticized profoundly since 1990 in England. The author intends to investigate the prospects of the London Line by reviewing Blackwell Guide to the Philosophy of Education, Oxford Handbook of Philosophy of Education, and SAGE Handbook of Philosophy of Education in this paper. Blackwell’s editors paid more attention to adapt the London Line into a post-isms condition. Editors of Oxford and SAGE seemed to treat traditions of the London Line in a friendlier manner. Professor Oscar Jiaw Ouyang brought the conceptual analysis of the London Line back to Taiwan in the 1970s. Ouyang’s noteworthy contributions to philosophy of education in Taiwan and to some perspectives in London Line have been proposed here in this paper. The author also suggests the convergence of the analytic philosophy of education in Taiwan toward postmodernism, in the hope of maintaining its competitiveness. |
