中文摘要 | 由於知識經濟時代的來臨,及網路科技的日新月異,促使不受時空限制的數位學習因應而起,而企業為提升其員工之學習力與競爭力,實有進行數位學習之需求。本研究在探討社會支持與數位學習滿意度的關係,以期提升企業員工進行數位學習時之滿意度。本研究進行文獻探討後,採便利抽樣方式針對曾參與過企業數位學習的員工為研究母群,並以問卷調查進行資料收集,再以委託方式發放800份,回收有效問卷為667份;在網路問卷發放上,回收有效問卷140份,共得有效問卷807份。問卷調查結果經敘述性統計、信度分析、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析探討企業員工社會支持與數位學習滿意度之關係。本研究發現:社會支持對數位學習滿意度有顯著正相關。另外社會支持來源對數位學習滿意度有顯著預測力,其中以「同事朋友支持」對學習滿意度的預測力最高;而社會支持種類對數位學習滿意度也有顯著預測力,其中則以「訊息性支持」與「情感性支持」對學習滿意度的預測力較高。最後依據本研究結果,對於成人教育機構、企業組織、成人教師以及其他相關研究者提出參考建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between social support and e-training satisfaction for employees. A questionnaire survey was adopted to the employees who attended e-training programs in organizations in Taiwan. There were 667 valid samples from 800 paper and pencil questionnaires and 140 valid samples from 143 on-line questionnaires, so a total of 807 returned surveys were utilized.In this study, the author used statistical techniques including descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis to test out various hypotheses raised. Social support presented significant positive relationships with e-training satisfaction and played important roles in predicting employees’ e-training satisfaction. Suggestions were provided for adult education centers, business organizations, adult education teachers, and future researchers. |
