中文摘要 | 本研究選擇宜蘭三星鄉農會所提供的青蔥(Allium fistulosum),進行不同乙醇濃度萃取之青蔥萃取物抗氧化活性比較。首先進行青蔥根、莖、葉等不同部位以不同乙醇濃度之萃取及成份濃縮,並進行清除DPPH自由基能力、總酚類含量測定及總抗氧化能力TEAC試驗,以評估試驗材料萃取成份之抗氧化活性。結果顯示,清除DPPH自由基能力以30%乙醇青蔥萃取物對DPPH清除率最高,而95%乙醇青蔥萃取物對DPPH清除率最低;且其清除DPPH自由基之IC50值以30%乙醇青蔥萃取物最低,而以95%乙醇青蔥萃取物最高。在總酚含量試驗中,以30%乙醇青蔥萃取物所得總百分含量最高,而以熱水(0%乙醇)或95%乙醇之萃取物總酚含量較低;就不同部位萃取物進行總酚含量比較時,總酚含量依序為蔥白萃取物>蔥葉萃取物>蔥根萃取物。當進行總抗氧化能力(TEAC)分析時,青蔥不同部位萃取物之總抗氧化能力以蔥白>蔥葉>蔥根,而以不同濃度乙醇進行萃取時,其TEAC值依序為30%>熱水(0%)>60%>95%的萃取物其有較高的總抗氧化活性。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we use the Allium fistulosum from Sunshin Area farmer's Association, with different concentrations of ethanolic extract of Welsh onions to analysis the antioxidant activity of Allium fistulosum. We used the roots, stems, leaves of the ethanolic extract from Allium fistulosum, were investigated in order to evaluate the antioxidant activity such as DPPH free radical scavenging capability, total phenolic content, and Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) of their different plant tissues. Results showed that the best DPPH free radical scavenging capability was 30% ethanolic extract of Allium fistulosum, and the lowest DPPH free radical scavenging capability was 95% ethanolic extract of Allium fistulosum. While the lowest DPPH radical scavenging IC50 values was 30% ethanolic extract and the highest DPPH radical scavenging IC50 values was 95% ethanolic extract of Allium fistulosum. The total phenolic content in the test, with 30% ethanolic extract from Allium fistulosum highest total phenolic content, and hot water (0% ethanol) or 95% ethanolic extract of total phenolic content was lower. To compare the total phenolic extract of different tissue of Allium fistulosum, the order of stems extract> leaves extract> roots extract. When the total antioxidant capacity (TEAC) analysis, the different tissues extracts of Allium fistulosum, the order of stems extract> leaves extract> roots extract. TEAC value of different ethanolic extract, the order of 30% > heat water (0%)> 60% >95% of their antioxidant activity. |
