中文摘要 | 本研究係利用超臨界二氧化碳(Supercritical carbon dioxide)萃取技術,就短柱山茶(Camellia brevistyla (Hay.) Cohen-Stuart)種子及已經過冷壓及熱壓二種傳統方法榨油後的油粕進行萃取。茶油(Camellia oils)之萃取係以壓力、溫度及時間三項參數進行,並使用反應曲面法(Response surface methodology, RSM),解析各項變因對得油率之影響,以建立最適之操控條件,試驗結果顯示:以壓力(22-32 MPa)、溫度(40-60℃)及萃取時間(100-140 min)三項參數組成17項條件萃取,種子之得油率約為15.86-26.45%;而以冷壓法及熱壓法榨油後的二種油粕,再利用超臨界二氧化碳萃取,仍可萃出茶油,其中冷榨油粕之得油率較高(11.95%),而熱榨油粕則較低(8.12%)。經反應曲面法之評估,三項操控參數中,以二氧化碳壓力對萃取茶油最具效應,其次為萃取時間,而溫度的影響則最小。 |
英文摘要 | Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technique was employed to extract camellia oil from the seeds and dregs of Camellia brevistyla (Hay.) Cohen-Stuart after extracting oil by two traditional methods, i.e., cold and hot pressing. Extraction parameters including pressure, temperature and duration were investigated. Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to analyze the acquired oil yields with different parameters, and to establish optimized conditions. Oil yields of seed extractions using 17 different extraction conditions were from 15.86 to be extracted from the seed meal cakes from the cold and hot press by supercritical carbon dioxide. Oil yields were 11.95% from the cold pressed cakes and 8.12% from the hot pressed cakes, respectively. Among the three parameters analyzed by the RSM, carbon dioxide pressure impacted on camellia oils extraction efficiency the most, and followed by temperature and duration. |
