中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於以銀合歡做為生質顆粒燃料,以解決其生長勢蔓延問題與評估做為生質顆粒燃料之可行性,首先進行原料物理性質如含水率、比重、粒片尺寸分布分析與化學組成如1%NaOH、醇苯萃取物、全纖維素、木質素、灰分含量之分析����再以盤式造粒機造粒並探討造粒影響因子與顆粒之性質如長徑比、顆粒含水率、顆粒比重、壓縮比。所得結果發現生材比重為1.07、絕乾比重顯示為0.69、生材含水率為55.1%、熱值為4354cal/g、1%NaOH萃取物含量為36.5%、醇苯萃取物含量為4.64%、全纖維素為62.3%、木質素為29.6%、灰分為2.7%。以孔徑10mm鋼模在原料:水=25:9時可以得到最佳製程條件之顆粒,10mm鋼模所製造之顆粒其長徑比介於1.99~2.39之間,出料最大值為56.1%(原料:水=25:9)。未乾燥顆粒比重介於0.82~0.97之間,絕乾比重介於0.51~0.92之間,且顆粒含水率介於5.27~60.5%之間,容積密度為552kg/m^3。孔徑30mm鋼模在原料:水=25:15(麵粉添加20%)時可以得到最佳製程條件,顆粒其長徑比介於1.88~2.07之間,完整顆粒與不完整顆粒、粉屑率隨著水配比增加而增加,出料最大值為87.7%(原料:水=25:15並添加20%麵粉)。氣乾比重介於0.57~0.68之間,絕乾比重介於0.34~0.42之間,顆粒含水率介於46.0~67.5%之間,容積密度為263kg/m^3。 |
英文摘要 | In order to overcome the spread of Leucaena leucocephala and the shortage of bio-energy sources, the main purpose of this study is to manufacture wood pelletized fuels from Leucaena leucocephala. Physical and chemical properties of raw materials including moisture content (55.1% in green wood), specific gravity (1.07 in green wood and 0.69 in oven-dried wood), particle size distributions, heating value (4354 cal/g), 1%NaOH extractives (36.5%), alcohol-benzene extractives (4.64%), holocellulose (62.3%), lignin (29.6%) and ash content (2.7%) had been conducted before being pelletized. Moisture contents of raw materials had been conditioned in the range of 8.7 to 10.3%.The flat die pellet mill has been used to manufacture wood pellet. The result showed that the best condition of pellet manufacture was obtained by using 25 kg raw materials and 9 kg water in the flat die with a hole diameter of 10 mm. The length-diameter ratio of pellet ranged from 1.99 to 2.39. Maximum yield of the complete pellet was 56.1%. The un-dried and air-dried specific gravities of pellets ranged from 0.82 to 0.97 and 0.51 to 0.92, respectively. The bulk density was 552 kg/m^3. On the other hand, the best condition of pellet manufacture was obtained under using 25 kg raw materials and 15 kg water (adding 20% of flours) in the flat die with a hole diameter of 30 mm. The length-diameter ratios of pellet ranged from 1.88 to 2.04. Maximum yield of the complete pellet was 87.7%. The un-dried and air-dried specific gravity of pellets ranged from 0.57 to 0.68 and 0.34 to 0.42, respectively. The bulk density was 263 kg/m^3. |
