中文摘要 | 台灣地區的古蹟建築物,超過六成為木結構,然而木材在使用期間容易遭受生物及天候的影響而劣化,為了評估木構件在建築結構中強度折減的情形,應用非破壞性技術是重要的關鍵,其中Pilodyn是木材表面腐朽偵測儀,其使用快速、操作簡便,可以檢測評估材料表面腐朽及劣化的狀況。因此本研究應用Pilodyn儀器,作為評估古蹟中杉木木構件的強度折減。試驗結果得知,Pilodyn的平均打入深度與木材密度、動彈性模數及抗彎強度之間,具有極顯著的負相關性存在,同時,Pilodyn的平均打入深度愈深時,顯示木材的表面腐朽及劣化愈嚴重,所以木構件的強度折減有愈大的趨勢,因此,Pilodyn木材表面腐朽偵測儀可以做為古蹟現場木構件表面腐朽時檢測評估材質現況的參考。另外,當木材含水率為10%~30%時,Pilodyn的平均打入深度不顯著受木材含水率影響,然而,當木材含水率大於30%時,Pilodyn的平均打入深度與木材含水率存在線性關係。 |
英文摘要 | Over 60% of historical buildings in Taiwan are wooden structures. Wooden structural elements must be evaluated in order to maintain the structural safety in service. A key component in determining the structural quality of wood is by nondestructive evaluation. The pilodyn is a valuable tool for a quick and cost-effective assessment of the wood density with a nondestructive technique. The objective of this study was to evaluate the residual strength of China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) wood using the pilodyn method. The results showed that there were significant negative relationships between the pilodyn penetration depth and the wood density, dynamic modulus of elasticity, and bending strength. Therefore, using the pilodyn to estimate the wood density for the purpose of measuring residual strength is quite reliable. The penetration depth was not significantly affected by moisture content of China fir specimens of 10%~30%, but had a linear relationship with moisture contents over 30%. |
