中文摘要 | 竹材除竹節具橫向組織,其餘纖維多呈縱向,造成銑削加工時易劈裂、纖維起毛等缺點。研究中以不同類型花刀銑削熱處理層積竹材,使用之花刀分別為直刃刀(刀端角=35°, 40°及50°)、斜刃刀(斜刃角=0°, 2°, 4°, 6°及8°)及螺旋刀(螺旋角=25°),並以5種送材速度(600, 1200, 2400, 3600及4800 mm/min),再搭配順時針與逆時針兩種方向銑削,針對角隅崩潰、水平纖維劈裂及銑削起始點進行探究,希望能改善竹材銑削劈裂與起毛問題,提升竹材加工品質。實驗結果顯示,順時針銑削會造成角隅崩潰,乃其銑削之上向銑削與下向銑削對纖維產生不同的作用力所造成之缺點。逆時針銑削雖未產生角隅崩潰,但會造成水平纖維的劈裂,劈裂程度以刀端角50°之直刀最嚴重,而送材速度為600 mm/min時,劈裂狀況較緩和,經綜合比較得知,以螺旋刀銑削熱處理層積竹材,可獲得較佳銑削品質。 |
英文摘要 | In comparison with wood, the longitudinal fiber arrangement of bamboo may cause split or burr during milling. Various types of router-bit including three straight router-bits (sharpness angle, β=35°, 40°, 50°), five helical router-bits (helical angle=0°, 2°, 4°, 6°, 8°), and one spiral router-bit (spiral angle=25°) were used in this study. Five feed speeds (600, 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800 mm/min) were set up in conjunction with two different feed directions (clockwise milling path and anticlockwise milling path). Corner crack, horizontal fiber split and the point of starting milling were explored in attempt to improve milling qualities in this study. The results of this study shows that the groove width is matched the cutting diameter. It is also observed that clockwise milling could cause corner crack because the impact of up-milling and down-milling acted on bamboo fiber. In addition, anticlockwise milling produces horizontal fiber split. This defect is most serious when milled with 50° sharpness angle and it can be improved by decreasing feed speed to 600 mm/min. It is recommended that the spiral router-bit is suitable to mill laminated bamboo so as to acquire the better surface quality. |
