中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於探討大學生選修太極拳、瑜珈和健身氣功等三種東方類型運動對於憂鬱情緒舒緩的學習效果,以屏東商業技術學院203位選修上述三項運動的學生爲受試,經12週運動鍛鍊,後以「台灣人憂鬱問卷」爲研究工具測量受試大學生憂鬱情緒的表現。研究發現:1「台灣人憂鬱量表」經因素分析,計淬取出生理、心理、認知三個構面。2、受試以女生、大部沒有宗教信仰、沒有運動習慣的人佔多數,大多數人的主要憂鬱源是「自我期許」。3、受試在憂鬱情緒的表現,太極拳和健身氣功受試均以「記憶力不好」分數最高,瑜珈受試則以「我覺得很煩」分數最高,所有受試沒有發現自殺傾向的個案。4、三項運動訓練情緒的平均差異分別是太極拳大於瑜珈及健身氣功,而瑜珈又大於健身氣功。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to discuss the learning effects of three eastern sports for releasing depression emotion. Data are collected from 203 college students of National Pintung Institute of Commence with three different sport courses Ti-ji, Yoga and Fitness Chi-gung. After trained for 12 weeks subjects were interviewed with a TDQ questionnaire. Results show that there are three main factors that affect depression emotion, which are physiology, mentality and recognition. The majority of subjects are female, no religion preference, and less action on sport. The main reason of depression emotion is ”Self-expectation”. The symptom is ”less recollection ability” that achieve highest score on sports of Ti-ji, Chi-gung. And the symptom is ”I feel boring.” that achieve highest score on the sport of Yoga. No subject is found having suicide intention. The order of learning effect of the three sports is Ti-ji, Yoga and Chi-gi, respectively. |
