中文摘要 | 為因應社會急遽變遷,各種知識不斷推陳出新,成人重新投入學習,使得社區大學蓬勃發展。若社區大學透過正確理念的引導,將創新落實於經營中,將使社區大學經營更具績效與特色。因此本研究以全國 82所社區大學為研究樣本,共回收198份個人問卷進行分析,以了解領導者創新領導行為、組織創新氣氛、知識管理能力等因素對於創新經營的直接影響,以及領導者創新領導行為透過組織創新氣氛與知識管理能力兩中介變項對於創新經營所造成的間接影響。經由結構方程模式統計檢定後,整體模式所獲得的指數顯示模式可被接受。對整體效果的分析顯示,領導者創新領導行為對組織創新氣氛、知識管理能力;創新氣氛對創新經營;與知識管理能力對創新經營皆有顯著影響,而這些影響除了可透過直接效果之外,其中領導者創新領導行為對創新經營的影響路徑還可透過創新氣氛與知識管理能力的中介影響而形成。 |
英文摘要 | Adult education organization conspicuously develops for accommodating to the fast change of society and knowledge, and adult relearning. We believe that adult education organization will have a great achievement if the organization can take advantage of the enterprise innovation management strategy, and merge its own objective and asset. As a result, the innovation becomes the tendency of adult education. The research aims to explore the relationships among innovation management, leadership traits of innovation, innovative climate of organization, and knowledge management capability. The sample are drawn from 82 community universities, in which a total of 198 people in the sample. By using Structural Equation Model, the results show that the influence of innovative climate of organization and knowledge management capability on innovation management, and leadership traits of innovation on innovative climate of organization, and knowledge management capability are evident. Further more, innovative climate of organization and knowledge management capability have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between leadership traits of innovation and graduates’ employment. |
