中文摘要 | 本研究自2008年六月至2009年四月間每隔二個月,分別於台灣南部六家零售攤販購買白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)與牡蠣(Crassostrea gigas),每個種類有36件樣品,檢測其微生物品質(包含總生菌數、大腸桿菌群與大腸桿菌)以及創傷弧菌含量,並自白蝦與牡蠣中分離出創傷弧菌,探討菌株抗藥性之情形。研究結果顯示,36件白蝦樣品之總生菌數含量介於5.0-9.5 log CFU/g之間,其中以八月份樣品之平均總生菌數最高(7.9±1.3 log CFU/g);而樣品之大腸菌群含量介於<1.0-4.2 log CFU/g之間,所有樣品皆未含有大腸桿菌;其次,36件牡蠣樣品之總生菌數、大腸桿菌群及大腸桿菌含量分別介於4.6-10.3 log CFU/g、<1.0-4.1 log CFU/g及<1.0-4.0 log CFU/g之間。另外,白蝦與牡蠣樣品中分別有六件(17%, 6/36)及四件(11%, 4/36)被檢出含有0.6 log MPN/g之創傷弧菌量。而分離出之創傷弧菌利用PCR增幅vvh gene片段,結果顯示皆具有vvh gene。此外,創傷弧菌分離株皆對ampicillin、chloramphenicol、tetracycline、sulfamethoxazole及oxolinic acid具敏感性,但對streptomycin具有抗性,其最低抑制濃度(minimum inhibitory concentration, MIC)及最低殺菌濃度(minimum bactericidal concentration, MBC)之劑量均高達1,024ug/mL。 |
英文摘要 | Thirty-six white shrimp samples (Litopenaeus vannamei) and thirty-six oyster samples (Crassostrea gigas) obtained from six retail stores in southern Taiwan from June 2008 to April 2009, were investigated for the microbiological quality, occurrence of Vibrio vulnificus, and the antibiotic resistance of V. vulnificus strains isolated from those samples. The levels of aerobic plates count (APC) in shrimp samples ranged from 5.0 to 9.5 log CFU/g. The highest APCs (7.9 ± 1.3 log CFU/g) were obtained from shrimp samples collected in August. Coliform counts of shrimp samples ranged from <1.0 to 4.2 log CFU/g and none of the samples contained Escherichia coli. The levels of APC, coliform and E. coli in oyster samples ranged from 4.6 to 10.3 log CFU/g, <1.0 to 4.1 log CFU/g, and <1.0 to 4.0 log CFU/g, respectively. V. vulnificus was detected in 6 (17%) of shrimp and 4 (11%) of oyster samples with low levels about 0.6 log MPN/g. All the strains isolated from shrimp and oyster samples carried vvh gene by using the PCR method. In addition, all V vulnificus isolates were susceptible to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, sulfamethoxazole and oxolinic acid, but resistant to streptomycin. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of each effective antibiotics were the same as high as 1,024 μg/mL. |
