中文摘要 | 近二十年來我國國民教育程度普遍提升、商業與服務業發達等趨勢促進女性勞動參與率逐年遞增,越來越多的女性進入工作職場,得以嶄露頭角晉升到高層職位的女性工作者發揮的影響力亦愈來愈高。性別工作平等法公布施行迄今,男女性工作者看似在職場上平起平坐,然而女性工作者升遷之路是否仍存在職場玻璃天花板的障礙?玻璃天花板現象對於女性工作者工作滿意度是否產生影響?本研究以本國銀行以及外商銀行女性工作者為研究對象,主要研究結果指出本國銀行女性工作者認為在職場上發展的空間確實比男性少,職場文化與培訓機會顯著正向影響工作滿意度,而升遷管道不會影響工作滿意度。相反地,外商銀行女性工作者並未明顯感受到職場玻璃天花板的障礙,對她們而言,職場文化與培訓機會不影響工作滿意度,而升遷管道顯著正向影響工作滿意度。 |
英文摘要 | With the development of the times, more and more women entered the circle of white-collar workers. In order to be in the workplace, equal treatment, the majority of women, armed themselves up, with men , the pattern used to conduct the work as a way to prove that men can do they also do, in order to obtain equal status in the workplace. This work mode, it is contradictory to their nature, but only continued to play the unique charm of feminine gender in order to overcome the problem of inequality in the workplace. Result s show that female workers in domestic banks fee l that there exists a glass ceiling effect for female workers, but the glass ceiling has no significant effect on their job satisfaction. Besides, female workers in foreign banks feel that there exists no obvious glass ceiling effect for female workers. There is a significant negative relationship between glass ceiling effect and job satisfaction. |
