中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討參與不同旅遊行程郵輪活動的遊客其在個人屬性與旅遊特性方面的差異,以及行程差異對於旅遊滿意度的影響,並針對當前唯一經營台灣海域的麗星郵輪進行研究。研究方法採用現地結構式問卷訪談,隨後運用頻度分析、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定等統計方法做資料分析。研究結果顯示參與不同旅遊行程之遊客在年齡、職業、家庭狀況、教育程度四項遊客屬性;以及旅遊次數、旅遊方式、資訊來源、住宿等級、參與因素五項旅遊特性方面具有差異。此外,參與兩天一夜行程的遊客對於郵輪提供之餐飲設施、休閒設施、休閒活動、公共設施與服務以及旅遊整體滿意度均低於選擇四天三夜行程者。 |
英文摘要 | This study focused on discussing the differences of the personal characters and the traveling behaviors and exploring the influences of recreational satisfaction between two different tour packages of Cruises. A structure questionnaire was used in an on-site interview then the data was analyzed in the Chi-square test and t-test. The results show that there are differences between the two-day tour and the four-day tour in the personal characters including: age, occupation, marriage, education; and in the traveling behaviors including: visiting times, traveling style, information resource, accommodation class. The visitors participating in two-day tour are less satisfied than those in four-day tour in the total recreational satisfaction and the satisfaction of the hospitality, leisure, service facilities, as well as leisure activities. |
