| 中文摘要 | 政府推動終身學習已數年矣,隨著公務機關數位學習網站的大量設置與公務 人力逐漸年輕化,公務人員運用數位學習方式取得終身學習時數之情形相當普 遍,然而與公部門數位學習相關之研究卻寥寥可數,遂引起筆者撰寫本文之動 機。本研究使用文獻分析法及參與觀察法進行,先大量閱讀數位學習及網站評估 相關文獻,歸納出數位學習的定義與範圍、決定網站的評估方式,再透過實際操 作的方式體驗各個數位學習網站為學習者帶來之感受,並進行網站評估,期望研 究成果能作為政府機關數位學習網站賡續維運之參考與促使學習品質提昇之動 力。 |
| 英文摘要 | The government has promoted life-long learning for many years. With the settings of numerous public sector e-learning websites and as public servants are gradually becoming younger and younger, it is extremely common that servants apply digital learning to obtain life-time learning hours. However, there are very few researches on E-learning of public sectors, which triggers the author’s motivation to write this article. By means of document analysis and participant observation, the author firstly read a large number of documents related to E-learning and website evaluation, summarized the definition and scope of E-learning and determined the website evaluation methods, and then experienced the learners’ feelings brought by each E-learning website and carried out website evaluation. It is expected that the research results can serve as references to the continuous maintenance of government agencies’ E-learning websites and as a motivation to promote the learning quality. |
