中文摘要 | 近年來,肩夾擠症候群(Shoulder impingement syndrome)是臨床上最常發生在肩關節的問題,其好發於需經常抬舉手臂的工作者,儼然也成為教職業最常見之肌肉骨骼傷害的種類之一。為了解教學者長期書寫黑板時手臂抬舉的生理負荷,本研究乃利用肌電值(Electromyogram, EMG)探討書寫黑板時,相關肌群之旋轉肌袖(rotatorcuff)所包含的棘上肌(supraspinatus)與棘下肌(infraspinatus)的肌肉活動變化。本實驗因子為:性別(男、女);時間(1、3、5、7、9分鐘);書寫範圍(手臂抬舉角度45-75°、75-105°、105-135°);肌肉(棘上肌、棘下肌)。本研究結果發現: 1.隨著手臂抬舉角度的升高,兩肌群NEMG值皆達顯著差異(p value<0.05)。 2.抬舉時間只在第9分鐘時,兩性之NEMG值均達顯著差異。 3.男性NEMG值皆比女性大。亦證實在書寫時兩肌群與書寫範圍對受測者肩膀的生理負荷具顯著差異。故本研究期望提供需經常抬舉手臂之工作者作為參考,進而避免造成肩關節的負擔與疾病。 |
英文摘要 | For the latest years, shoulder impingement syndrome occurs frequently in the clinical shoulder problem, and occurs frequently for workers need to lifting arm, as if teaching career has become the most common type of musculoskeletal injuries. To understand the physiological load of the long-term written blackboard when lifting arm, this study used electromyogram (EMG) to research muscle activity for the relevant muscles of the rotator cuff are included supraspinatus and infraspinatus. In this study, the experimental factors included sex (male, female); time (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 minutes); write range (lifting the arm angle of 45-75°, 75-105°, 105-135°); muscles (supraspinatus and infraspinatus). The results of this study are as follow: 1.lifting arm angle increases, the average of the two muscles NEMG are significant differences (p value<0.05). 2.But only in lifting the nine minutes when there are significant differences. 3.the average of male NEMG is larger than female. Also confirmed the sex, the two muscles and writes range have significant differences in physical load. Therefore, this study provides hope that workers need to constantly lifting arm as a reference, and avoid shoulder burden and shoulder related diseases. |
