中文摘要 | 本研究是利用多頻道肌電圖記錄成人在握筆書寫時手臂肌肉之活動變化。記錄握筆書寫1分鐘、6分鐘、11分鐘、16分鐘時手臂尺側屈腕肌、橈側伸腕長肌之肌電圖。所有資料經收集後,輸入電腦分析兩塊手臂肌肉運動與握筆姿勢之關係。經長期觀察握筆姿勢並加以偵測分析得結果如下: (1)就手臂肌電平均值而言,以握拳式之姿勢,其尺側屈腕肌肌肉力量耗用最多,其次為普及式、兩指式。 (2)就手臂肌電平均值而言,以握拳式之姿勢,其橈側伸腕長肌肌肉力量耗用最多,其次為普及式、兩指式。 (3)當橈側伸腕長肌之肌電值較尺側屈腕肌之肌電值為大時,有手臂耗力程度較大之現象。 本研究結果顯示,不同握筆姿勢將會導致手臂肌肉不同程度的力量消耗,此類握筆姿勢的研究,將幫助我們了解精細肌肉活動之生理功能,進而提供更確切的理論基礎,幫助寫字教學或初學握筆者有更多訊息參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study is aimed at recording changes of adults, muscular activation in six styles of gripping a pen by using multi-channel EMG. The EMG of Flexor carpi ulnaris muscle and Extensor carpi radialis longus muscle are recorded when the writer has written one minute, six minutes, eleven minutes, and sixteen minutes respectively. After all data and digits have been collected, then entered into the computer, the relationship between the muscular activation of the two muscles of the arm and styles of gripping the pen can be analyzed. After long time of observation, the result is shown as follows: 1. As far as the average EMG of the two muscles is concerned, the energy of Flex. carpi ulnaris m. in Fist Style, Common style, and Two-Finger style will consume more strength. 2. As far as the average EMG of the two muscles is concerned, the energy of Ext. carpi radialis longus m. in the fist Style, Common Style, and Two-Finger Style will consume more strength. 2. When the energy of Ext. carpi radialis longus m. more than the energy of Flex. carpi ulnaris m., the average EMG of the forearm muscles will consume more strength. The study shows that the different styles of gripping a pen will consume the energy of arm muscles in different level. This study will help us understand the functions of muscular activation and provide a basic theory so as to help handwriting teaching and provide handwriting beginners more information. |
