中文摘要 | 中國主旋律電影長期以來扮演着宣揚黨國意識的載體,獲相當成效。近年,主旋律電影開始借用商業電影手法,導致票房上屢獲佳績,從而擺脫了過往說教意味濃厚的政治視聽教材形象,轉型成為觀眾喜聞樂見的商業電影。這些類型上屬於商業電影的主旋律電影,以其高票房的影響力,進一步強化了隱藏其中的黨國意識。究竟在何種情形下,逼使中國主旋律電影改弦易轍,採納商業化電影的製作方式?而所謂商業化電影的製作方式,包括了哪些具體內容?本文試圖論證近年來一些迴異於過往說教意味濃厚的主旋律電影,是藉由何種方式,將原本單純作為意識形態載體的主旋律電影,改變成為具有票房市場的賣座商品?本文檢視近年來最賣座的8部電影,其中在劇情結構、觀眾訴求上看似類型化的商業電影,其文本卻蘊藏着主旋律意識。本文分析這些蘊藏主旋律意識的中國商業電影,呈現了中國電影的新型態及政治意義。 |
英文摘要 | China’s mainstream movies have long been used as a means to propaganda spreading the Party-State ideology and they have been a great success. In recent years, mainstream movies have begun to adopt a commercial approach. Thus, they often become box office hits. This shows that mainstream movies have successfully remove their image as political tool, and emerged as commercial movies that are fun and entertaining. This new genre of mainstream movies has secured popularity, which in turn strengthens its embedded Party-State ideology. So under what circumstances have China’s mainstream movies been forced to change drastically and adopt commercial movies’ production approach? Moreover, what are the specific approaches used in commercial movies’ production? This essay attempts to exemplify mainstream movies, breaking away from preaching in recent years, have turned into box office hits. By studying the 8 most popular movies, one may find even though these films appear to be commercialized genre movies from plot to audience types, they still convey mainstream ideology only implicitly. This essay will show how these commercial movies in China present a new type of Chinese movies embodying political significance. |
