中文摘要 | 台北都會區之土地利用會隨時代變遷而改變,為了解地景在昔日與近代的變化,研 究將先透過1994及2007兩年代之土地利用套疊結果進行年土地的變遷分析、聚集分析與 里群變遷分析。分析結果得知,在1994年至2007年間,整體變遷率為20.87%,農業及水 利用地為減少最多的項目,取而代之為交通及建築用地,且綠資源面積有衰退的情況。 透過交叉變遷的分析發現,1994年至2007年約有600公頃左右的農地及森林轉成建築用 地。此外,若將綠資源中各項土地利用整合,重新計算後的變遷率可降至13.10% 其次,透過里的界線來萃取不同時期土地利用資料,再進行聚集與交叉分析的結果 顯示,里群的分類相當程度可以反映出各里的土地利用特性,並可以得出細部的里層級 的土地利用變遷特性,此外,更可看出其間土地利用類別有特殊且較大量變遷的里,並 指出變遷分析中重要的關鍵地點。 最後,將里群與綠資源結合討論,發現1994年各里群的離散程度較2007年大,且各 里群間土地利用比率聚集程度也較2007年低,同時各里綠資源與建地的比率有趨向兩極 化的現象。另一方面,經由森林與農業的消長比較,也同樣證明1994年農業比例較高之 里群,其森林面積也高,但在2007年,當邊際農地的森林減少,其農業資源也降低。 |
英文摘要 | The land usage in Taipei changes constantly as time passes; this research makes use of the stacked results for land usage between the years 1994 and 2007 to carry out cluster, changes in land usage, and areal type change analysis in order to understand the differences in land usage in urban Taipei between now and then. Analysis results show that between the years 1994 and 2007, the rate of changes in land usage averaged at 20.87%. Among the different types of land usage, forests take up the most surface area and are on the increase. The types of land usage on the decrease are mainly farmlands, transport, and water. For cross changes, in terms of rate of continuation, the most stable types of land usage include forests, construction, and transport—changes are not drastic; in contrast, the types of land usage that are constantly deteriorating include wetlands, mines, exposed land, water use, and farmland resources. Also, from the results through cluster analysis using land usage information during different time periods obtained through boundaries surrounding neighboring areas, the variety in land usage can be observed for each areal type. The specific details in terms of changes in land usage between the different levels for each areal type are especially noticeable after cross-change analysis. It is apparent that between the years 1994 and 2007, there are areas that undergo more special and drastic changes in land usage, which in turn, point out the key locations for changes in land usage analysis. The combined discussion covering both areal research and urban green resource show that the distribution rate between each areal type was greater in 1994 as compared to 2007, and that the land usage ratios between each area was lower than 2007. Not only that, the areal types that consists of more farmlands have more forest surface area, but the ratio between areal forests and farmland resources have been more acute upon entering 2007. |
