中文摘要 | 本研究主要是利用真空電弧熔煉(Vacuum arc melting, VAM)製程來製備不同合金成份配比(Ni:54.5~57 wt%)的Nitinol形狀記憶合金。真空電弧熔煉製程的優點在於採用了水冷銅坩堝,可以有效避免坩堝的污染而導致雜質元素的滲入。通過對熔煉製程條件的優化,來對合金成份較為理想的控制,以及在合金後續的加工過程中使合金成份均勻。本研究針對鎳/鈦金屬進行純化,並對合金熔配後的Nitinol合金進行化學成份、顯微結構、機械性質與相變溫度等的特性進行探討。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the nitinol alloy was prepared by a different alloy composition ratio (54.5 ~ 57 wt% Ni) with using vacuum arc melting (VAM) process. Advantages of the vacuum arc melting process is the use of a water-cooled copper crucible, the crucible can avoid the pollution caused by infiltration of impurity elements. By optimizing the conditions for the melting process, it is preferable to control the alloy composition, and then make the uniform composition by subsequent processing process. The chemical composition, microstructure properties, mechanical properties and phase transition temperature of melted nitinol alloy were discussed in this study. |
