中文摘要 | 面對競爭激烈的GPS產業之中,特別是GPS地圖軟體業者,其競爭力的主要泉源在於優質的軟體工程師。因此如何快速與有效地篩選與培育軟體工程師,已經是當前GPS地圖軟體業者的重要經營課題。為求解決這樣的課題,基於職能理論(Competency theory)的職能模型之建構與運用,實是明智之舉。由於本研究團隊曾經接獲許多政府與民間的職能研究專案,風評甚佳,因而產學合作廠商期望與本研究團隊共同研發GPS地圖軟體工程師專用的職能模型,從而確保軟體工程師的品質與數量,強化業者競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Because the commercialization and promotion of Global Positioning System (GPS) related products, no matter the business trading or personal recreation activity has created the huge need of GPS relevant apparatus or devices together with application software and information service. In highly competitive GPS industry, GPS map software producers are especially dependent on high-quality software engineers as the resource of competitiveness. Hence, how to effectively screen and cultivate software engineers’ competencies is the imperative issue of GPS map software producers. To solve such an issue, it is favorable to develop and utilize the competency model. For this research project of scientific and educational cooperation, the cooperative company has the need of developing the competency model for GPS mapping software engineers in order to maintain sufficient and excellent manpower. This research project has successfully developed the competency model and weighting system for GPS mapping software engineers. |
