中文摘要 | 本研究以IPA與區域空間自相關分析討論騎乘環境與自行車騎乘者來源地的空間聚集現象,並蒐集365份的有效問卷進行分析。受訪者對騎乘環境的重視度與滿意度之間經配對樣本t檢定分析後發現有顯著差異,此外經IPA分析後有四項問項落在優先改善區。經區域空間自相關分析,發現有空間聚集且鄰近旅遊目的地(淡水地區),此結果顯示距離為自行車騎乘者前來淡水地區的自行車道的重要考量。以空間聚集作為分群依據,探討此兩群對騎乘環境的重視度與滿意度,此結果提供政府資源配置的有用資訊且在制定自行車騎乘環境的相關政策有其幫助。 |
英文摘要 | IPA analysis and local Getis-Ord statistics are used to discuss the cycling environment and spatial clustering of cyclist source areas. A total of 365 valid questionnaires were collected. Significant within-group differences were found regarding the importance scores of environmental factors, as well as the satisfaction scores with those factors. Four attributes with high importance but low performance are required for immediate improvement. Spatial clustering was carried out nearby the destination (in this case Tamsui). The results showed that distance is an important factor for the cyclists who use the Tamsui cycling path. An in-depth examination of between-group differences in terms of the importance and satisfaction with environmental preferences was carried out in relation to the cycling environment. The results provide useful information for evaluating the efficiency of governmental-resource allocations and provide important guidelines for an appropriate cycling policy concerned development of cycling environments. |
