中文摘要 | 故事領導的概念在企業及學校情境中逐漸受到重視及應用。因此,本研究旨在分析與建立一套能提供學校領導者在學校實施故事領導時可參考的應用架構。此學校實施故事領導的應用架構,包含:故事領導的基本概念、理論基礎、應用歷程、適用時機以及影響因素等。本文所提出的學校故事領導應用架構同時具備理論性與應用性的內容。理論性的內容包括基本概念與理論基礎,旨在提供學校領導者在應用故事領導時,對故事領導的概念與理論能有一定程度的認識;應用性的內容包括應用歷程、適用時機與影響因素等,目的在提供學校領導者實際應用故事領導時的行動參考依據。學校領導者可以藉由對故事領導的基本概念及理論基礎的瞭解,在學校行政的適用時機中,善用故事領導的應用歷程,並謹慎面對影響因素,希冀能提昇其行政領導成效。 |
英文摘要 | The concept of story leadership has attracted more and more attention in the fields of business and education. The aims of this study were to build and analyze the theoretical application framework of story leadership in school. Based on an intensive literature review, it was found that the theoretical application framework consisted of the concept of story leadership (including meaning, functions, and the structures of a story), the theory of story leadership (including the theory of philosophy, literature, anthropology, linguistics, psychology, and management), the application timing of story leadership in school (including specific and general situations), the applicable process of story leadership (including the stages of forming stories, storytelling, and analysis of effects), and the influence factors of story leadership (including the influences of storyteller, listener, the content of stories, and environments of storytelling). |
