中文摘要 | 二十一世紀高齡化已成為全球性重要的議題,在1993 年台灣已正式進入高齡化社 會,2017 年老年人口數推計增加為14.0%,將達到聯合國等國際機構所稱的高齡社會, 老化是一生中無法可避免的過程,老化會使身體機能退化現象,不少的研究證實,身體 活動介入是可以延遲因身體功能老化所引起衰退的現象,本文彙整過去相關文獻,歸納 出下列結論:(一)除了一般平常在家裡處理事務的活動外,每週身體活動累積足夠的活 動量1,500~2,000 大卡,對銀髮族健康可獲得明顯的提升(二)藉由適度的運動可以減 緩銀髮族大腦神經生理退化的現象(三)身體活動可以預防心血管疾病、降低乳癌罹患 率、預防骨質疏鬆症、預防銀髮族疾病、降低死亡率及預防肥胖;並提出下列建議(一) 銀髮族養成規律的身體活動習慣,如中強度的有氧運動、增強肌力訓練、減少坐式型態 的生活(二)參與活動前要先了解自己的身體狀況(三)選擇適合自己的裝備並在安全 的環境下從事運動(四)運動過程中適時攝取水份或運動飲料,並選擇適當的運動指導 員;期望以本文讓銀髮族了解規律的中強度運動對健康的益處,協助銀髮族從事安全且 有效的運動,進而獲得運動所帶來的效益。 |
英文摘要 | Aging has been an important issue all over the world in the 21st century. In 1993 Taiwan has formally been an aging society. The elder populations have been estimated to increase 14.0% in 2017 which reach to the aging society according to the United Nations and the other international organizations. Aging which gives rise to the decay of human physical functions is an unavoidable process. Many studies prove that physical exercise can prolong the physical functions in spite of the aging decay. This study categorizes the related literature in the past. Here are some conclusions. (1) Besides the regular activities of doing housework, the accumulated amounts of physical activities per week are enough 1,500- 2,000 calorie. That can obviously promote the elder health.(2) It can slow down the decaying phenomenon of the brain neurotic functions for the elder. due to doing adequate exercise (3) Doing physical exercise can prevent cardiovascular diseases, low down the percentage of suffering breast cancer, prevent osteoporosis and the elder sicknesses, low down the ratio of the death and prevent obesity The suggestions are given as follows. (1)The elder should cultivate the habits of doing regular physical activities such as mid-forced aerobic, strengthening muscle train and decreasing Fowler’s style life. (2)The elder should realize their physical condition .first before participating the activities (3) The elder should pick up the adequate equipments and do exercise in the secure circumstances. (4) In the process of doing exercise, the elder should take in fluid and sports drinks at the right time and select the excellent sports instructors. The study aims at letting the elder realize the advantages of the regular middle and top forced exercise on health as well as assist the elder to do the secure and effective exercise with the further following efficacy. |
