中文摘要 | 本研究旨在檢視中年婦女身體活動量與生理心理的相關。28 名中年婦女受試者平均 年齡、身高、體重、BMI 分別為56.04±9.6 歲,156.5±4.5 公分,58.4±6.7 公斤及23.8±2.8 公斤/公尺2。藉由良導絡、超音波血流計,計步器及WHO 生活品質問卷台灣簡明版的 測量,探討生理與心理變項間的相關情形。以SPSS 12.01 for windows 統計軟體,採用基 本描述統計及皮爾遜積差相關處理,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現平均生物能量值與 平均血流速有顯著相關(r=.398, p <.05),但與平均每日活動量無顯著相關(p >.05);安靜 心跳與平均每日活動量呈現負相關 ( r = -.506, p < .01)。本研究所得結論:女性良導絡平 均生物能量與平均血流速呈現正相關,間接證實了中古義雄之良導絡平均生物能量值等 同自律神經活動狀態之驗證;其次顯示身體活動量在7009±3612 步之間者與整體生活品 質無相關。身體活動量與安靜心跳呈現負相關,驗證有較高的水準的身體活動和心肺適 能健康的人,則有較低的心血管疾病危險因素有相關之論點。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the correlation between content of physical activity and physipsychological variables in females. Twenty-eight female subjects (the average age, height, weight, and BMI are 56.04±9.6ys, 156.5±4.5cm, 58.4±6.7kg, and 23.8±2.8kg/m2, respectively) were recruited in this study. The ryodoraku bio-energy measurement detector, ultrasound blood flow detector, and pedometer were chosen for investigation and discussing the relationship among the physical variables. Descriptive statistic and Pearson product-moment correlation were conducted to identify the relationship by using SPSS 12.01 for window version f and the significance was set at α =.05. There was significant relationship between ryodoraku bio-energy value and mean blood flow speed(r = .398, p <.05), but no significant relationship between mean content of physical activity per day(p> .05); there was significant negative relationship between resting heart rate and mean content of physical activity per day( r = -.506, p < .01).The conclusion is that there was significant positive relationship between ryodoraku bio-energy value and blood circulation(r = .398, p <.05) and it verified that ryodoraku bio-energy value is equal to the activity of the sympathetic nerve; and there was no significant relationship between mean content(7009±3612 steps) of physical activity per day and total quality of life(p> .05). There was significant relationship between mean content of physical activity per day and resting heart rate and it verified the related view point that the higher levels of content of physical activity per day and healthy physical fitness have the lower risk relating to cardiovascular disease. |
