中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力的關係作用,並將重心放在潛在變項間的因果關係所衍生的模型進行檢述。本次研究之研究對象為南投縣國民小學主任、組長與教師,在資料分析上,運用 SPSS 以及 LISREL 等量化統計的方式進行。本研究之結論為:一、國民小學校長整體領導行為呈現中高程度;二、國民小學整體學校組織執行力呈現中低程度;三、國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力具有密切關係;四、國民小學校長領導行為對於學校組織執行力有顯著的正向影響 ;五、國民小學學校組織執行力對於校長領導行為有顯著的正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between leadership behavior in principals and school organization execution for elementary schools. The purpose of this study is on the causal relation between the latent variables, and discusses the developed models. Data was collected from school directors, chiefs, and teachers. Data analysis used SPSS and LISREL. The conclusions are as following: (1) The degree of the principals’ whole leadership behavior is at upper middle level. (2)The degree of the whole school organization execution was at middle-low level. (3) The principals’ leadership behavior is related to school organization execution.(4) The principals’ leadership behavior positively affected school organization execution. And (5) School organization execution positively affected principals’ leadership behavior. |
