中文摘要 | 摘 要 本研究以超高效液相層析串聯質譜法(UPLC/MS/MS)分析水產品中壬基酚殘留量,檢 體添加壬基酚13C6同位素標幟內部標準品,以乙腈萃取,經正己烷去油脂及矽酸鎂層析匣淨 化後,檢液以標準品添加法經UPLC/MS/MS測定其壬基酚殘留量。檢體中分別添加25、50 及100 ppb之壬基酚,平均回收率為93.6∼102.2%,變異係數為8.6∼11.4%;本方法之檢出 限量為10 ppb。以所建立之方法分析31件市售水產品,有4件檢出,其殘留量為14.5∼49.4 ppb。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT In this study, the residual 4-nonylphenol in seafood samples was analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometer (UPLC/MS/MS). Approximately 5 g sample was added to 13C6 isotope labeled n-nonylphenol as an internal standard, and then 4-nonylphenol was extracted with acetonitrile, partitioned with n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile, cleaned up with Florisil cartridge and quantified by UPLC/MS/MS with standard addition method. The average recoveries of 4-nonylphenol at the spike levels of 25, 50 and 100 ppb ranged 93.6~102.2%. The coefficients of variance were 8.6~11.4%. The detection limit of 4-nonylphenol was 10 ppb. Thirty-one seafood samples were analyzed by this method. Four samples were detected with residues of 4-nonylphenol ranging between 14.5 and 49.4 ppb. |
