中文摘要 | 作者經年參與志工管理實務,觀察某些運用志工的單位和志工之間缺乏溝通與共識,以致彼此對「志工」角色定位和任務標準的認定有出入,因而產生誤會或嫌隙。加以單位或因事前對於志工的表現缺乏規範、或因志工督導者個人的因素,因而難以對志工的「不適任」言行予以具體輔導,甚至任令「不適任志工」繼續在單位服務,造成志工管理的窘境。有鑑於此,斟酌我國社會文化與服務理念之現況,提出志工「離場機制」的概念,盼推廣於實務,有效促進志工運用實效。 |
英文摘要 | The author has designed the volunteer “exit mechanism” to promote volunteer effectiveness in accordance with our social cultures and service issues he has discovered during his years of participation in volunteer management. The issues include the misunderstanding of the role and mission of a “volunteer” due to the lack of communication between the “employing-volunteers organization” and volunteers, and the lack of system or personal factors of the volunteer supervisor resulting in not dealing with “incompetent” behavior of a volunteer and allowing the “incompetent volunteer” to continue to serve, resulting in poor service quality. |
