中文摘要 | 先前研究指出 4-烴基苯甲醇(4HBA)抑制酪氨酸酶活性是透過類似非可逆抑制的方式,本研究再次評估 4-HBA對酪氨酸酶活性的抑制機制,以及利用老鼠 B16黑色素瘤細胞檢測 HBA去色素活性的作用。結果發現 4-HBA對酪氨酸酶的作用不是非可逆性抑制。關於 HBA (包含 2-HBA、3-HBA與 4-HBA)對老鼠 B16黑色素瘤細胞黑色素生成之抑制, 2-HBA具有較好的抑制作用。此外,本研究結果顯示 2-HBA是透過直接抑制酪氨酸酶活性而對老鼠 B16黑色素瘤細胞的黑色素生成進行抑制。 |
英文摘要 | Previous studies have shown that 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohols (4HBA) inhibited tyrosinase activity with an irreversible-like mode. In the present study, the inhibitory mechanism of 4HBA on tyrosinase activity was evaluated and the depigmenting activity of HBA derivatives was determined in both mouse B16 melanoma cells. It was demonstrated that 4HBA is not an irreversible inhibitor of tyrosinase. Among the HBA derivatives, 2HBA had the most potent inhibitory activity against melanogenesis in B16 cells. In addition, we also showed that 2HBA reduced melanogenesis of B16 cells by directing inhibiting tyrosinase activity. |
