中文摘要 | 面對眾多基層護理人員,護理管理者扮演一個非常重要的角色。本研究旨在探討充能團體對基層護理主管管理職能的影響。本研究於民國97年11月至98年5月止共進行12次充能團體之團體課程與活動,共有10位急重症單位基層護理主管參與。於團體開始前及結束後,對參與之成員本身、其直屬主管與同儕進行管理職能問卷調查,以了解充能團體對成員之影響。研究結果發現,充能團體經由課室學習、技巧演練、團體互動和經驗分享之過程,可增進同仁之管理知識與技能,刺激成員之思考力。整體而言,充能團體對於參與者確實具有增進管理職能之效果。 |
英文摘要 | Facing numerous nursing staff's, the nursing manager plays a very important role in the medical care circumstance. The purpose of this study was to discover how an empowerment group can influence the managerial competencies of nurse managers in the emergency and critical care units. This study group process was conducted between November, 2008 and May, 2009. There were 12 courses with varied lessons and activities during the group process. Ten nurse managers from the emergency and critical care units participated in the group. The participants, their supervisors and colleagues completed a managerial competency questionnaire before and after the group process. The study found that an empowerment group can promote management knowledge and skills, with the use of classroom study, skills training, team interaction and sharing of experiences, and also improve the thinking ability of group participants. Overall, the empowerment group improved the managerial competencies of the participants. |
