中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討民宿產業中,如何有效結合外部資源特性與核心能力,創造差異化價值的經營策略,希望有系統的建構出能呈現不同特色類型的策略模式。因此採取多個案-鑲嵌理論比對的研究設計,選取九家在民宿產業中擁有高評價、有經營特色的績優業者,以現場觀察方式掌握業者「外部環境特性」資料,另以深度訪談方式收集其經營理念與經營能力等資訊。研究發現:1.民宿業者利用外部環境資源的方式,包括:景觀環境融入、遊憩景點搭配、地方文化體驗;2.民宿業者運用內部核心能力的方式則包括:建築外觀、關係能力、專業技能。同時結合外部『資源特性』與內部『核心能力』兩項構面,可以建構:「融入環境」、「景點搭配」、「文化體驗」的外觀型民宿、及「環境融入」、「景點搭配」、「文化體驗」的關係型民宿與「環境融入」、「景點搭配」、「文化體驗」的技藝型民宿等九種民宿策略選擇。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this study was to investigate how home-saty owners combined external resource together with core competences effectively to create managerial strategies with differentiated value for their business. Consequently, a multiple case comparison-embeddedness theory approach was adopted and nine owners of well-performed home-stays with decent reputation in that business were interviewed in-depth to collect the information regarding their business, managerial philosophy and operational capability and so on. The research found that: (1) the ways of employing external resource included home-stays merged into the scenic environment, home-stays collocating with landscapes and home-stays with local culture experiencing; (2) the methods of applying internal core competences consisted of the appearance of the construction, public relationship ability and professional skills. Furthermore, if combing external resource with core competences, nine strategic models of home-saty business could be developed. |
