中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的為以非傳統性蛋白質原料葵花籽粕(sunflower meal;SFM)及菜籽粕(canola meal;CM)取代大豆粕(soybean meal;SBM)並添加外源蛋白評估非傳統性蛋白質原料於肉雞飼糧之應用性。試驗採3×3複因子設計,以三種蛋白質原料配製成等蛋白之半純化飼糧及配合不添加外源酵素之對照組及添加等力價(0.05 units/g feed)之鳳梨酵素(bromelain)或微生物蛋白(microbial protease)處理。試驗動物採用90隻14日齡及45隻35日齡愛拔益加種公雞,各逢機分為9處理組,各分配至45個試驗單位。由結果顯示,以葵花籽粕及菜籽粕為飼糧蛋白質來源之蛋白質可利用率顯著較大豆粕為高(P<0.05),添加微生物來源之蛋白,不論是生長期或肥育期均顯著較對照組及鳳梨酵素組具有改善蛋白質可利用率之效果(P<0.05),而生長期及肥育期雞隻之胺基酸可利用率及採食後1小時所測得之血漿游離胺基酸含量,均以菜籽粕及葵花籽粕較大豆粕為佳(P<0.05),添加微生物來源之蛋白具顯著改善之效果(P<0.05)。綜合以上之蛋白質、胺基酸可利用率及所測得之血漿游離胺基酸結果,葵花籽粕及菜籽粕取代傳統大豆粕,配合個別限制胺基酸及飼糧纖維的考量,可適量或部分取代,以降低飼養成本。若配合適當外源蛋白的添加,並以實際生物試驗印證,則對飼養成績會有正面加成效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of study was used nonconventional protein stuff including sunflower meal (SFM) and canola meal (CM) to replace soybean meal (SBM) in broiler diet, meantime, the experimental diet was formulated into an iso-nitrogenic semi-purified diet with the same protein and exogenous proteases supplement used in the in vivo trial. The protease was added either bromelain or microbe protease. Ninety, fourteen day old and 45, thirty-five day old broilers of Arbor Acer used for the in vivo availability test were randomly divided into 9 groups for a 3×3 factorial experiment. The result showed that the protein and amino acid availability of SFM group was higher than SBM and CM group in the growing and finishing periods (P<0.05). The plasma total free amino acid concentration taken in the first hour after a meal had same trend as the availability results (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the supplement of microbial protease had a significant effect on improving protein and amino acid availability and total free amino acids in the plasma than bromelain, it supplement showed no improvement on protein and amino acid availability. Accordingly, availability of protein, amino acids and plasma free amino acids showed the possibility in SFM and FM to replace the traditional SBM with the limited amino acid and dietary fiber to individual considerations; it may be appropriate or in part replaced in order to reduce feed costs. Therefore, nonconventional protein stuffs applied with an appropriate exogenous protease and confirmed by biological test will be improved on feeding effect. |
