中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討課外閱讀對增進中學生國文科的學習成效,並以閱讀理解力、生活運用能力及國文科學業成就作為效標變項進行評量。本研究的受試者為彰化縣某高職一年級學生92人,採前後測不等組準實驗設計法,進行一個學期之實驗研究。學習成效之評量以「閱讀理解測驗」與「生活運用能力測驗」兩個自編測驗及一個「段考試題」來作為評判基礎。所獲得資料採單因子共變數分析進行統計處理來考驗研究假設。本研究發現,課外閱讀對中學生在閱讀理解力、生活運用能力、及國文科學業成績上,均有提升之效果。最後,依據研究發現,本研究提出對中學生國文科課外學習具體建議數則,作為國文教師指導學生提升學習成效之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to verify the effects of employing extra-curricula readings on Chinese Literature to vocational high school students to enhance reading comprehension and/or to increase academic achievement. The subjects of this study were 92 junior students that enrolled in a vocational high school in central Taiwan. The study adopted a pretest-posttest nonequivalent group of quasi-experimental design. Three kinds of instruments were used in this study. The first two instruments tilted "Test of Reading Comprehension" and "Test of Abilities of Solving Daily Life Problems" were administered by the authors. The third instrument titled "Mid-term Quiz Form" was prepared by the committee of the target school. The research data was treated by ANCOVA statistics method. It is found that the students in the experimental group have demonstrated better learning styles, and achieved better reading comprehension in Chinese literature course comparing to the control group students. Finally, this study provided some suggestions to Chinese literature teachers who wish to improve their teaching effectiveness. |
