中文摘要 | 氣液混合體若為均質且含氣率較小時,其在管路系統中之流動可以擬流體方式處理之,此種流動在暫態條件下可產生不容忽視之震波—水錘現象,水錘可能是管路之災難,也可能另有其因,不易直辨。本文將利用Hytran軟體分析茅埔至內門解壓池中因閥門之關閉而引發之暫態流,從而探究水錘是否為南化水庫聯通管路爆管之主要原因,文中亦包含了相關閥門特性曲線之建立,所得結果或可作為未來閥門關閉之操作依據,並得以釐清一些潛在但未被檢驗之問題。 |
英文摘要 | Flow of gas-liquid mixture in pipline systems can be regarded as a pseudo-fluid flow ifthe mixture is homogeneous and the void fraction is small. Such flow may invoke nontrivialshocks - water hammer under transient state conditions. Water hammer may turn out to bethe disaster of pipes and so do the other factors, which is not easy to be identified directly.This paper will use Hytran Solutions software [1] to analyze the transient flow between Mao-Puand Nei-Men pressure reduction tanks due to valve closure. The analysis may reveal if waterhammer causes the pipeline explosion in Nan-Hua Reservoir connection pipline system. Relatedvalve characteristics curves are formulated as well. Research results may be referred to as thebasis of valve operation procedures in the future, and can be used to make clear some hiddenbut unchecked questions. |
