英文摘要 | This study utilizes the five factor model of personality to measure the personalities of bloggers. The interactive behavior in blogs is divided into two modes: “human-message interaction” and “human-human interaction.” Gratifications obtained after blog use is examined from the perspectives of the uses and gratifications theory. The results indicates that for people with personality traits of “neuroticism,” “openness,” “conscientiousness,” and “agreeableness” are more likely to engage in “human-message interaction,” and result in obtaining “information”, “mood-sharing”, and “entertainment” types of gratifications, but not on “relationship-maintaining”. While those who have personality traits of “extroversion” and “agreeableness” are more likely to engage in “human-human interaction” and result in obtaining gratifications such as “information,” “mood-sharing,” “entertainment,” and “relationship maintaining.” |
