中文摘要 | 在國內護理人力培育充足的現況之下,醫療機構的護理人力卻出現不足與嚴重新人流失、轉業的窘境。本研究主要目的爲探討護專學生之知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機及專業承諾的認知,並以叢級隨機抽樣方式抽取五所學校共850名學生,回收率達94%,有效問卷計764份(89.88%)。本研究以單一樣本考驗、Pearson積差相關及獨立樣本t檢定。根據研究發現資料與分析結果,結論包括以下幾點:一、護專學生之知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機及專業承諾的表現呈顯著差異。二、護專學生之職涯發展能力以會經打工之護專學生及專科生之表現較佳。三、不同背景變項在知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機與專業承諾上無顯著的差異。四、護專學生在知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機及專業承諾等變項間具關聯性。五、知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機各變項得分較高的學生在專業承諾上之認知表現較佳。本研究建議在學習過程及課程之安排應該將知識管理能力、職涯發展能力、自我決定動機等能力融入本位教學之精神,以學生學習爲中心,培育學生多元發展,以強化其對專業之承諾性。 |
英文摘要 | The medical care system has sufficient ability to recruit and train enough nurses for societal needs. Due to high turnover rates, however, medical facilities generally face a shortage of nurses. The main purpose of the research were to explored nursing students knowledge management ability, career developmental ability, self-determine motivation, and special commitment, we took a random sampling of 850 students. The survey had a 94% rate of return, of which 764 survey responses (89.88%) were valid responses. The responses were given a Pearson simple regression test correlated with an independent ample t test. According to our analysis of survey results, we have concluded the following: First, students surveyed evidenced insufficient knowledge management ability, career developmental ability, self-determine motivation, and special commitment. Second, nursing students who had part-time job experience, evidenced conduct more professional than nursing students who had only attended nursing schools. Third, the level of nursing students' knowledge management ability, career developmental ability, self-determine motivation, and special commitment were correlated. Fourth, higher levels of managerial abilities, commitment, and relevant motivations contribute to higher grades. The research suggested that nursing schools would therefore produce higher-quality nurses and reduce turnover rates by motivating cultivating students in the areas of managerial abilities, commitment, and relevant motives, in addition to a wider and deeper range of professional development. |
