中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學普通班教師對於參與 IEP 的態度及在參與IEP 過程所面臨的困難。 以自編「普通班教師參與個別化教育計畫之態度調查表」進行調查,研究對象隨機抽取300 名目 前任教於國民小學之普通班教師。資料分析採描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析和多變量變 異數分析處理,綜合問卷結果獲得以下結論: 一、普通班教師參與 IEP 的態度趨於正向。 二、不同背景(班級特教生障礙程度和主要諮詢對象)的普通班教師參與IEP 的態度有顯著差異。 三、不同背景的普通班教師在參與 IEP 所面臨的困難沒有顯著差異。 四、普通班教師參與 IEP 的困難為:IEP 與普通課程的連結、IEP 的內容和諮詢。 五、普通班教師認為可提升自我參與IEP 的方法為:行政支援、簡化IEP 格式和增進IEP 與普通 課程的連結。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study aimed to explore the attitudes and difficulties of elementary general education teachers in IEP involvement. Researcher-developed survey, A Questionnaire of General Education Teachers in IEP Involvement, was employed as the research instrument. Three hundred elementary general education teachers were randomly sampled from elementary schools. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and MANOVA. The research findings were as follows: a) General education teachers had positive attitude toward IEP involvement. b) General education teachers with different backgrounds had significantly different attitudes toward IEP involvement. c) General education teachers with different backgrounds had no difference in attitude toward IEP involvement. e) The major difficulties for general education teachers in IEP involvement were the connection of IEP and general education curriculum, IEP content, and consultant. f) General education teachers suggested the ways to help them to involve IEP included administrative support, simplifying IEP forms, and strengthening the connection of IEP and general education curriculum. |
