中文摘要 | 本研究利用微小衝壓測試(small punch test, SPT)評估環境溫度對沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵(ADI)機械性質之影響。藉由改變環境溫度(RT~500℃)來探討ADI之微小衝壓特性,亦利用SEM觀察衝壓破斷面形貌,藉以瞭解ADI破壞形態及裂縫生成模式。實驗結果顯示室溫下ADI微小衝壓的破壞型態為星形,ADI試片極限衝壓負荷隨溫度上升有先增後降之變化趨勢,溫度300℃時極限衝壓負荷達到最高值1240N,破壞型態則由星形轉變成圓頂狀,此原因可能與基地組織中之針狀肥粒體鈍化有關。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims to investigate and evaluate the effect of environmental temperatures on the mechanical properties of austempered ductile iron (ADI) with small punch test (SPT). Then, the materials underwent the small punch test (SPT) to evaluate the mechanical properties of ADI with different environmental temperatures(room temperture~500℃). In addition, topographies of punch fractures were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in order to understand the fracture features and the crack formation patterns of ADI. The experimental results obtained from the SPT of individual specimens at the ambient temperature indicate that the ADI specimen has fracture feature in star shape, The ultimate punch load of the ADI specimen on the other hand shows the tendency of first rising and then dropping as the temperature increases. At 300℃, the load reaches its peak value 1240N and the fracture feature changes from the star shape to the dome shape. This might be related to the blunting of acicular ferrites in the matrix structure. |
