中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討研究生的自我效能、研究生知覺教師期望、研究生知覺大學聲望、教師對研究生期望,以及教師知覺大學聲望。本研究採用問卷調查法,以全國四類大學1.國立普通大學、2.國立科技大學、3.私立普通大學、4.私立科技大學各抽樣15所學校,每個學校老師(共4名)及研究生(共4名)為實證對象。本研究以教師為主的配對資料共發出240份問卷,回收133份問卷,有效問卷132份。研究資料採用敘述性統計分析、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示研究生知覺大學聲望對於研究生自我效能具有顯著的影響力;研究生知覺教師期望對於研究生自我效能亦具有顯著的解釋力。最後依據上述研究結果,對教育機關與大學教師提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to examine the correlations among graduate student perceiving teacher expectation and university academic reputation, university faculty perceiving graduate expectation and university reputation, and graduate students of self-efficacy. Adopting the convenience sampling and pair-sampling methods, the study had selected 120 pairs of professors and graduate students from four types of universities. According to the analysis results, two key summaries are concluded. Firstly, students perceiving the university reputation have strong correlation with the self-efficacy of graduate students. Secondly, students perceiving teacher expectation have a strong influence on the self-efficacy of graduate students. Finally, study results are provided to the educational authorities and faculties as referenced recommendations for the future policy making. |
