| 英文摘要 | With Ulrich Beck’s cosmopolitan thesis as the main approach, this article intends to discard both the theory of international communication which has always been centralized by nationalism, and the geopolitical understanding of media globalization. However, it is suggested a new and essentially transforming cosmopolitanism is emerging, as well as a culturally inter-flowed world formation is born. To begin with the standpoints from the second modernity and the cosmopolitanism, this article tries to emphasize that, the procession of first modernity has collapsed the market of globalism and nation-states. A more reflexive way of the globalization development is then produced. Hence, the article argues that - under the critical space of modernity, a different universal value is appearing as a form of cosmopolitanism, to present the diversity of the global space in reality. It also means that it is not the one dimensional capitalism or modernity included in the process. What really present to us today are the multiple formats of capitalism and modernity in variety. In this context, a more creative global space is featured as the result. |
