中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討大專校院運動代表隊的選手,對於參加全國大專校院運動會體驗價值之意見,並進行差異之分析。運用描述性統計分析、因素分析以及多變量變異數分析等統計方式,對於資料進行分析與比較。結果顯示男性、3年級、學校在中部、桌球與網球比賽項目、練習5-6年、參加過3次的選手佔最多數。就讀3年級的參賽選手在服務優越性與消費者投資報酬均顯著優於2年級的參賽選手,學校在北部的參賽選手在服務優越性顯著優於南部、東部與離島的參賽選手,北部的參賽選手在消費者投資報酬與美感均顯著優於南部的參賽選手,桌球、羽球與空手道項目的參賽選手在美感顯著優於游泳項目的參賽選手,練習5-6年的參賽選手在服務優越性與消費者投資報酬均顯著優於練習3-4年的參賽選手,參加過3次全國大專校院運動會的參賽選手在服務優越性與消費者投資報酬均顯著優於參加過2次的參賽選手。建議提供各屆賽會遭遇的問題與解決給即將舉辦的單位,頒發參加比賽證書給選手,設計簡易的遊戲方式,建立賽會討論話題,讓全國大專校院運動會愈辦愈精采。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to discuss players’ experiential value of participating 2009 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games for difference analysis. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis and MANOVA were exercised in this study. The results revealed that the demographic data of most participants was male, junior students, school located in the middle of Taiwan, played in table tennis and tennis, practiced for 5-6 years, participation experience of 3 times. As to "service excellence" and "consumer return on investment", junior participants were better than sophomores'. Concerning "service excellence", participants from schools located in the North of Taiwan were superior to participants whose school located in the South, East of Taiwan, and offshore islands. For "consumer return on investment" and "aesthetics", participators studied in the North were greater than those in the South. Students participating in table tennis, badminton and Karate were better than students in swimming item in terms of "aesthetics". With regards to "service excellence" and "consumer return on investment", participants have practiced for 5-6 years were greater than those practiced for 3-4 years. Players participating in National Intercollegiate Athletic Games for 3 times were also better than those participating in this game for 2 times. It will be great if the host authority of the games can provide experiences sharing and solutions for challenges to the next host. Besides, to issue participation certificate for each player, create games with simplicity, or set up discussion forum for this game are suggested making the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games more attractive and fascinating. |
