中文摘要 | 「量多質少」是1993年建國之「柬埔寨王國」進行初等教育改革迄今所 面臨的最大課題;教育改革如鏡,其內涵、過程、乃至於困境,無不反映國家 政治意識、經濟型態、歷史文化特色、以及全球影響。本文主要探討柬埔寨初 等教育發展,申述其學制現況、課程意涵、重要教育政策理念,分析當前柬埔 寨初等教育的困境與挑戰,進而省思其教育改革理想與實踐的落差,以了解柬 埔寨初等教育之發展如何承受國家政治經濟情勢、歷史文化脈絡與國際教育援 助政策的衝擊,期做為柬埔寨初等教育邁向「質與量均衡」展望之建議。 |
英文摘要 | Only quantity but no quality, that is the main problem of education reform in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Actually, the education reform, to some great degree, mirrors the country's political ideology, socioeconomic condition, historical and cultural characteristics and global influence, but no feasibles solution is found. This paper presents, first, the structure, curriculum and policies Cambodia's education and, then, analyses its difficulties, as well as predicts its challenges. The fact that Cambodia's education reform is depending on the country's specific political, economic, historical, cultural context as well as international influence, its success is questionable. |
