中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討醫院落實「促進工作平等措施」是否會正向影響女性護理人員之留任意願。本研究以結構式問卷為研究工具,以4家區域級以上醫院之女性護理人員為研究對象,經由方便取樣發送600份問卷,回收369份,有效問卷321份。研究結果顯示,女性護理人員對於「促進工作平等措施」之相關規定與內涵普遍並不瞭解,但是卻擁有高度的認同。另當醫院落實「促進工作平等措施」之相關規定與內涵時,女性護理人員普遍表示會提升對醫院之整體認同感及留任意願。由多元迴歸分析的結果顯示,女性護理人員對促進工作平等措施的認同程度愈高,醫院落實促進工作平等措施,將會提升女性護理人員對醫院整體的認同感與留任意願。研究亦發現,女性護理人員對目前工作的滿意度愈低和年齡在31至40歲者,醫院落實促進工作平等措施,將會提升女性護理人員對醫院整體的認同感與留任意願。本研究結果可提供政府單位、企業(醫院)及女性勞動者(女性護理人員)參考之用。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore whether a hospital practices the “measures for promoting equality in employment” effect on female nurses’ intention to stay. The study adopted structure questionnaires to survey female nurses in four hospitals. 600 subjects were recruited and took back 369 including 321 effective samples. The results showed that female nurses did not very understand the “measures for promoting equality in employment”, but they agreed with it. When a hospital practices the “measures for promoting equality in employment”, female nurses thought that it would increase their willing to continue work. After regression analysis, female nurses who agree with the “measures for promoting equality in employment” and hospital which practice with it would increase their willing to continue work and it would increase them to identify themselves with their hospitals. It was also found that female nurses aged 31 to 40 years; female nurses who unsatisfied their work, hospitals which practice with the “measures for promoting equality in employment” would increase their willing to continue work and increase them to identify themselves with their hospitals. These results could provide to government, hospital, and female nurses to use. |
