中文摘要 | 風浪板是近年來廣受歡迎的水上運動,但由於風浪板運動所需的技巧較高,進行相關練習時的傷害業時有所聞。本文以運動傷害的相關文獻及筆者本身從事活動之經驗探討發現,風浪板運動選手最常受傷的身體部位,依序分別為下肢、上肢、頭頸部、軀幹,其中下肢傷害有近五成的比例,主要為膝部韌帶、半月軟骨及跗蹠關節異位為主;受傷型態依序為扭傷、撕裂傷、腦震盪、骨折,其中跗蹠關節異位、腦震盪及骨折乃為花式選手在浪區進行跳躍與翻滾動作時,腳套的釋放不盪所造成。初學者運動傷害依序為皮膚傷害、直接碰觸傷害、背部傷害、肌肉拉傷或韌帶拉傷等,原因為體能差、經驗不足、技巧不好及缺乏保護裝備等,顯示不同等級的選手所受傷害的差異,花式選手所受傷害最為嚴重。因此建議要參與本運動者,除了對本身技術的加強外,選定合適的帆具(帆的大小、板的種類)、腳套的調整、潮汐及風況的掌握、水中生物及地形、自身的保護(防寒衣、頭盔、手套、防曬、太陽眼鏡等)、肌力訓練、體能強化等,都是預防傷害的重要因素。 |
英文摘要 | Windsurfing is a very fresh, popular and fashion sport in Taiwan, the skill is different in each stage, this review paper is focused on windsurfing injuries, according to several investigations of researches and the writer experience, the findings indicated that the most common injury was muscle strain, advance windsurfers cuts, abrasion, and concussion were common, the main reason was poor skill when performed forward loop or backward loop. The priority of injury in body was lower body, upper body, head and neck, thigh, approximately 50% injuries were knee ligament, meniscus, and Lisfranc dislocation, the cause was not appreciate foot straps released. The injury types were associated with different technique level, wave/slalom windsurfers always suffered serious injuries due to the stiff winds and rough waves, so we recommended that skill, sail size, foot straps, tides, wind, environment, clothes, gloves, helmet, sunglasses, suntans, strength and conditioning are important factors to considerate and select, therefore the injuries will be decreased. |
