中文摘要 | 水楊酸(Salicylic acid, SA)爲一種簡單酚類化合物,廣泛存在於單子葉及雙子葉植物中,可參與植物體內許多生理生化過程,影響植物生長、發育及開花。早期對水楊酸的研究多著重於植物處於生物性逆境中所誘導產生的抗性作用。近年則有許多文獻指出水楊酸也可以提高植物對非生物性逆境的抵抗能力。本文探討水楊酸於蔬菜、果樹及觀賞植物上緩解高溫逆境之應用及其可能的作用機制。 |
英文摘要 | Salicylic acid (SA) is a phenolic derivative found in a wide range of plant species. SA is involved in physiological processes of plant growth, development and flowering. In the field of stress physiology, salicylic acid was first demonstrated to play a role in responses to biotic stress. Nowadays more and more reports indicated that salicylic acid also plays a role in plant responses to abiotic stress. This review covers recent literature on the application of salicylic acid which enhanced heat tolerance in vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamental plants. Possible mechanisms of salicylic acid involvement in the plant responses to heat stress were also discussed. |
