中文摘要 | 中小型企業面對產業升級和轉型的迫切需求,可以透過精實的管理手段和改善方法,來降低成本、提高效率和品質,以提昇產業競爭力。本研究以中小型企業爲例,探討精質系統之引導策略,協助企業改善企業體質以提升企業文化,文中提供企業完整的教育訓練、流程檢視和活動導入之架構模式,進而依循此模式引導企業推動改善活動活化企業組織文化,並配合豐田管理之技巧和改善經驗,探討導入活動之成效,以協助企業落實顧客滿意、持續改善、尊重人性之長遠思維模式,塑造適合企業本身之獨特文化,提供日後中小型企業導入精質生產前之決策參考。 |
英文摘要 | Small and medium sized enterprises (SME) can reduce production costs by improving management. Enhancing efficiency and other qualities promotes industrial competitive advantages. This research focuses upon strategies for leaner production, assisting enterprises to improve themselves for a better industrial culture. The research is a basis for educational training, process examination, and a constructive modeling. This, in turn, leads to improvements in enterprise organizational culture, greater customer satisfactions, and to other continuous improvements in long-term thinking. The goals are cultivating a lean-production company culture and providing references to introduce lean production systems for the small and medium sized enterprises. |
