中文摘要 | 由於控制區域網路(Control area network, CAN)在網路即時控制上提供相當嚴謹的錯誤監控機制,因此CAN bus被廣泛應用於汽車即時分散控制系統上。爲了提升既有串列通訊設備至優質控制區域網路系統,本論文採用數位信號控制晶片(dsPIC)的硬體及韌體設計,實現出RS-232與CAN雙向資料轉換的通訊系統。通訊協定轉換器的韌體設計可以利用簡單的資料格式定義達成RS-232與CAN Bus間之通訊轉換。此外,藉由通訊協定設計,本論文也提出兩種閘道器的韌體設計架構;穿透式詢答及讀/寫命令分開機制,改善不同通訊格式之轉換性能。最後,嵌入式閘道器的通訊轉換效能經由FX2N可程式控制器與監控軟體之整合應用加以驗證,確實可以減化通訊協定在監控系統的複雜性。 |
英文摘要 | Since the control area network (CAN) offers a rigorous mechanism of fault confinement in the local network real-time control, it has been widely applied in the vehicle real-time distributed control system. In order to enhance the performance of the traditional RS-232 device to superior CAN bus, the hardware and firmware design of the digital signal control chip (dsPIC) is proposed in this paper to achieve protocol conversion between RS-232 and CAN bus. The firmware design of the protocol converter can carry out the function of information exchange between CAN protocol and designate RS-232 protocol in the simple data format. As for the protocol design, this paper also provides two types of firmware design mechanism for embedded gateway controller, i.e., go-through and read/write command, to improve the performance of communication transformation among the different protocols. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed protocol device was verified by the integration of Fx2N PLC controller and the host supervisory control software, which can notably reduce the complexity of using different protocols in the network control system. |
