中文摘要 | 由於Modbus通訊協定具有嚴謹通訊及開放協定機制,目前已經被廣泛應用在工業即時分散控制系統上。爲了增加主控制端和可程式控制器的通訊性能,本論文以嵌入式控制器的韌體設計方式去實現FX2N和Modbus主控端的通訊轉換閘道器設計。藉由通訊協定設計,本論文提出之三種簡單通訊機制;空轉輪詢程序、寫入程序與讀取程序,改善不同通訊格式之轉換性能。最後,嵌入式閘道器的通訊轉換效能經由FX2N可程式控制器與監控系統之整合應用加以驗證,確實可以減化通訊協定在監控系統的複雜性。 |
英文摘要 | Since Modbus offers a rigorous fault confinement mechanism for the communication network and also adopts the open source framework, it has been widely applied to real-time distributed control system in industry. In order to enhance the communication performance between the master controller and the programmable logic controller (PLC), an integrated firmware design for the embedded gateway controller is proposed in this paper to achieve protocol conversion between FX2N and Modbus master device. As for the protocol design, the author proposed three types of communication mechanisms, i.e., idle process, writing process from host to target, reading process from target to host, to improve the performance of communication transformation among the different protocols. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed protocol gateway device was verified by the integration of the SCADA (Supervisor control and data acquisition) software and FX2N PLC controller, which notably reduce the complexity of using different protocols in the SCADA system. |
