中文摘要 | 本研究探討沖頭形狀對黃銅微逆向擠製之影響。黃銅經500、600和700 ℃退火處理,調整晶粒尺寸為50、70與111 μm,製作為試片,以兩種沖頭形狀,標準式沖頭與平坦式沖頭,分別進行微型逆向擠製製作外徑1.1 mm與壁厚為0.2 mm之微型圓杯,以瞭解不同沖頭形狀、晶粒尺寸與沖頭速度對材料流動與成形負荷之影響。本研究也使用DEFORM-2D有限元素軟體模擬微逆向擠製製程,並與實驗結果進行比較分析。研究結果顯示,標準式沖頭的成形負荷小於平坦式沖頭的成形負荷,約有7至12 %的差異。胚料之晶粒尺寸增加,其硬度與成形負荷降低。另外,成形負荷隨沖頭速度增加而增加,且平坦形沖頭在較高之沖頭速度時更為明顯。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigated the effect of punch shapes on micro backward extrusion of brass. Brass was annealed at different temperatures, 500, 600 and 700 ℃ to adjust grain sizes as 50, 70 and 111 μm, respectively. The treated brass was then used to prepare the billets for backward exprusion experiments to produce the parts with 1.1 mm diamter and 0.2 mm thickness. Two different types of punch head, a standard shape and a flat shape, were considered. The study also used a finite element package, DEFORM-2D, to simulate the processes which were compared with the experimental ones. The results show that the processes using the standard shape punch requires less loads than those using the flat shape puch. The difference is in a range from 7 to 12 %. The hardness and forming load decrease with an increase in grain size. Moreover, the load increases with the punch speed, especially in the process using the flat shape punch. |
