| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的在比較台南縣市不同背景大學生對健康體適能的理論基 礎、體適能處方和測驗評量三方面認知程度的差異情形,並了解台南縣 市大學生對健康體適能的認知情形。以自編之「大學生對健康體適能認 知自評量表」為研究工具,以隨機抽樣方式發出 600 份問卷,回收有效 問卷 505 份,有效回收率 84.17﹪。本研究問題如下:一、台南縣市大 學生對健康體適能的認知情形。二、不同基本變項學生對健康體適能的 認知差異情形。以描述統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析進行 各項研究問題考驗。本研究結果如下: (一)整體大學生對健康體適能的認知程度,依序是理論基礎最高,其次 是測驗評量,最低是體適能處方的認知。 (二)不同性別大學生對健康體適能的認知有顯著差異存在,在理論基 礎、測驗評量及體適能處方上男性學生均優於女性學生。 (三)在有無選修體育課部分,有無選修體育課的大學生間對健康體適能 的認知有差異存在,有選修體育課的大學生在理論基礎、測驗評量 上優於沒有選修體育課的大學生。 (四)不同年齡和不同科系別大學生對健康體適能的認知無顯著差異。 (五)在運動經歷部分,參加過校內外運動競技活動學生對健康體適能的 認知優於沒有參加過校內外運動競技活動學生。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the health related physical fitness knowledge among college students in terms of students’ demographic background. The researcher designed the questionnaire “Health Related Physical Fitness Knowledge Scale for College Students” as the research instrument. Random selection was used in the sampling process of this research study. A total of 600 college students were invited to participate in this survey research, but only 505 returned questionnaires were discarded as valid (84.17% of 600 participants). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The major significant findings of data analysis in this current study were illustrated as follows: 1.The rankings of college students’ knowledge on health related physical fitness were theory, measurement and evaluation, and teaching method. 2.Statistically significant differences were found on health related physical fitness knowledge regarding gender among college students. Male students were better than female students on health related physical fitness knowledge. 3.Students who had experience of attending physical education class at colleges tended to have better performance on health related physical fitness knowledge than did students who had no experience of attending physical education class at colleges. 4.No significant differences existed on health related physical fitness knowledge with regard to age and majors. 5.Students who had experience of participating in sports contests reported better performance on health related physical fitness knowledge than those who never had experience of participating in sports contests. |
